Dosing Pump Troubleshooting
These are first checks, not a repair procedure. For a named model, use the support page and the quote.
No flow, low flow, leak
No flow: check suction lift, a blocked foot valve, an air lock, and a stroke set to zero. Low flow: worn valves or diaphragm, a relief valve that is lifting, or back pressure above the model. A leak points at the wet-end fasteners or a ruptured diaphragm.
